E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Located at 1100m, the property is nestled above the charming (non-resort) mountain village of Birgisch. It’s easily accessible - just 15 minutes direct by bus from Brig train station (and the town’s many restaurants, bars and activities), and 15 minutes to the nearest ski runs.

Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.
