Het huisje is geschikt voor een koppel, solo-avonturiers, gezinnen (met kinderen) en huisdieren. Een gunstig en centraal gelegen Zomerhuis in Egmond aan Zee met de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van een buiten sauna. ( op aanvraag)in de winter maanden, van november tot maart Binnen 2 minuten ben je op t strand en in het gezellige vissersdorp met de vele winkeltjes en terrasjes . Het huisje is totaal gerenoveerd in t voorjaar van 2022 en voorzien van vloerverwarming, warmtepomp en zonnepanelen.

Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming, aparte badkamer en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Geniet van de mooie lichtinvallen door dakraam. Met een pelletkachel voor de (gezellige) warmte. Een fijne aparte douche en toilet. Met nespresso apparaat en kook mogelijkheid voor bv ontbijt. Warm water. Het slaapgedeelte is afgeschermd met een verduisterend gordijn. Klein zitje voor de deur.

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. Vanuit de woonkamer loop je zo de ruime tuin in, exclusief voor jou. In de complete, stijvolle keuken kan je naar hartenlust koken. Ook de badkamer is een fijne beleving, met veel ruimte en sfeer. Vanuit ons huisje fiets je zo naar bos, duin of strand. Maar ook Bergen en Alkmaar zijn vlakbij.

Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Geheel op jezelf. Aan de achterkant een ruime tuinkamer met open haard en daarnaast een eigen tuin. De tuinkamer kun je verwarmen met de openhaard . In de winter kan het te koud zijn om er te zitten alleen met de openhaard. Badkamer heeft een 2-persoons bad en een dubbele douche. In de badkamer is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Heerlijk appartement om geheel op jezelf te verblijven en te genieten van de rust!
