Hooksey - a hut above

Hooksey is set within the beautiful Eden Valley, away from the crowds but within easy reach of the delights of the Lakes or the Dales. This spacious accommodation includes one hut with kitchen, dining and lounge area with a smart TV & wood burning stove to cosy up in front of. A glass walkway leads to the second hut housing a double bedroom and gorgeous ensuite shower room. Outside, there is a garden area with countryside views, a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and convenient off-road parking.

Enjoy amazing views of the surrounding rolling countryside, a perfect tranquil location. Appointed to a high standard with underfloor heating, the sizeable open plan living space has a bespoke fitted kitchen, oven, hob, dining table, smart TV and double bed. Ensuite bathroom with luxurious shower. Large outdoor seating area with combi firepit/BBQ swing arm for you to relax.

Our beautiful shepherd's hut sits in four acres of secluded woodland in rural Hexhamshire. Enjoy the peaceful solitude, with glimpsed views through the mature oaks onto the North Pennines. Surrounded by miles of footpaths, bridleways and moorland, there are walking, cycling and riding options in every direction. Nearby rural pubs offer delicious local ales and fantastic food; or try some home raised, rare breed pork over the firepit grill, then a drink on the raised deck in the evening sun.

Situated beneath an old Elm tree this bespoke Shepherd's Hut is surrounded by wonderful views of Teesdale that can be enjoyed from the comfort of the hut, relaxing in the wood fired hot tub or sitting around the fire pit. This Hut encourages indulgence as well as simple living. Sumptuous interiors, good sized bathroom with a heated towel rail. A generous dining table and comfortable upholstered chairs. Fully equipped bijou kitchen, comfy king sized bed and electric heating for extra cosiness.

One of two shepherd's huts located on our traditional working hill farm in the stunning Wasdale valley. The huts have everything you need to enjoy your stay in this beautiful part of the world. Wastwater shepherd's hut comes complete with a double bed, kitchen area with induction hob and a bathroom with shower. Perfect place to start numerous walks from the doorstep including many of the popular Wainwright hills such as Scafell Pike and Illgill Head. Easy access to the lake for kayaking etc.

Jessie's Hut

Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut offers a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format --- we charge an additional £10 per night for the bunk, this is added automatically when you book for 3 people. There is a shower room and a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Fully insulated with central heating the hut is cosy warm at any time of year. Nearby:- Beamish Museum (must see!!), Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Mining Museum, Metro Centre.

We are situated in a very quiet part of Northumberland with excellent walking and cycling from site. The Pennine way is a field away, we have disused railway lines with viaduct and riverside walks. Archie is a charming bespoke shepherd’s hut, set in its own garden space at the top of our shared garden area. Archie offers a nostalgic space for unwinding, there’s only Archie - no other pods or huts near you. Facing southwest there are lovely views. Archie has a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, kitchen area with hob,microwave, fridge, fold out dining table and underfloor heating to keep it cosy. Additionally outside there’s a kitchen area, bbq , firepit & seating.
