My solar powered home is in a Transit Oriented Community (TOC) which means you can get around this area without a car. Welcome to Faffy’s Place! Named after our beloved Faffy of Galveston, Texas who’s adventurous spirit and love of a good time in a warm house inspired us to open this hillside gem to like minded travelers and bon vivants. At 450 sq. feet, Faffy’s Place is a large private single guest house on a quiet Los Feliz/Silverlake hillside. Faffy’s Place is completely private with its own entrance, garden and patio. It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

SilverLake Hillside Spacious Guest Apartment

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
