Cashmere Cottage

Located privately on beautiful acreage amongst a bush setting. Home to koalas, kookaburras, and horses Oliver and George. This private guesthouse features a separate bedroom (queen bed) and a comfy sofa bed in the lounge, ideal solo traveler’s or small families. 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD, 25 minutes from Brisbane International Airport, and 1 hour to the Sunshine Coast. Many local cafes and grocery stores nearby. Just a 4-minute drive to the Eatons Hill Hotel and South Pine Sports Complex.

Figtree Self Contained Cottage

Fig Tree Cottage is located at picturesque Kobble Creek Cottages. It lies approximately 15 minutes drive from the rural village of Dayboro, or 20 minutes from Samford Village and 45 min from Brisbane and Brisbane Airport. Fig Tree Cottage is surrounded by 52 acres of native bushland abundant with native birdlife, walking trails , landscaped gardens, dam, a creek and swimming hole when flowing. This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

2 Bedrooms - Self contained and close to transport

We live in a quiet neighborhood. This unit is suited to a working couple or mature people. The self contained unit is attached to the main house. It is large & airy with lovely country views, ample off road parking, private patio and enclosed back garden. Enjoy the large comfortable living area with fans & reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout. Bedroom 1 is large & comfortable & has a QS bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Use of all amenities is included & free WIFI.

The Red Door Cottage

Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.
