Suitable for a couple. A pebbled path leads to a small, courtyard garden with herbs for cooking & cocktails! This sunny space has bistro table & chairs for Guests exclusive use

The Snug is self-contained, connected to our family home & 7-10 minutes walk to the beautiful Market Square with plentiful pubs, eateries, & twice weekly market. Our aim is to provide quality, homely, affordable accommodation & base to explore from. Styled on a hotel room suite, rather than self catering, The Snug has 2 “off road” private parking spaces, King Size bed, separate sofa bed sitting area, mini fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & fresh milk, & large shower / bathroom. But no cooking.

With outdoor space, parking & sunset views over fields, 1 upstairs double bedroom/living space, 1 upstairs twin room, downstairs kitchenette & downstairs shower room. A peaceful setting, direct access to footpaths & cycle routes. 4mins stroll to village pub, 1hr walk or 10min drive to Framlingham with heritage castle & 30min drive to the coast. Set in a beautiful quiet area with driveway parking. A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

A cosy cottage style property, ideal for couples or young families. It has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to unwind you from the moment you arrive. The hot tub is for exclusive use. It is surrounded by the beautiful Suffolk countryside, with walks on your doorstep. A mile away you will find a selection of shops, pubs/ restaurants, farm shop. The area boasts many places to visit, Bury St Edmunds, Lavenham, the coast at Aldeburgh and Southwold, Framlingham Castle and many more.

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for existing guests/child. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Completed to a high standand

Beautiful big studio in ex theatre - own entrance

This large studio has its own private corridor and bathroom, accessed by its own entrance in a newly converted Grade 2 listed ex theatre. With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.
