A fantastic extremely well-presented one bedroom barn conversion located in a quiet and secluded location just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast. The property has been finished to a high standard, with oak flooring, log burner. Open plan living impressive vaulted ceiling, outside there is an enclosed patio garden, and parking. The Kelling is a traditional Norfolk flint and pantile house with all modern amenities. Open plan living on the ground floor with a separate utility room and cloakroom. The kitchen diner is south facing with bifold doors leading onto a courtyard garden with garden furniture for 6. There is comfortable parking for 3/4 cars. The house has 3 Ensuite bathrooms with power showers and a bath to the 3rd bedroom. East Rudham is a very pretty village on the main road between Lynn and Fakenham.
