This traditional style country barn is nestled in the beautiful Meon Valley within minutes of Jane Austen's home and surrounded by stunning Hampshire countryside that offers extensive walking and cycling routes, and some great pubs. Within a 20 min radius are the market towns of Alresford, Farnham, Petersfield and Winchester. The accommodation is very well presented, albeit a compact kitchen/living area, with a super king size bed in the spacious master bedroom which is accessed via a twin room.

With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Self contained annexe 10 minutes from Goodwood, Chichester centre & theatre. Close to beaches at Wittering & sailing in the harbour. Twin beds which join to make a superking and small double sofabed in main room. Connected bedroom has double bed and shares the bathroom - great for family or close friends. Annexe has kitchen, shower room ensuite, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, fridge freezer washerdryer, hairdryer, ironing board & tennis court. Breakfast included. We welcome pets by prior arrangement.

On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

It is a 10 minute walk from the train station. A short drive to Goodwood, Cowdray and other areas of the South Downs. The space Longbourn Lodge has a large open plan lounge, bedroom area with a king-size bed and an adjoining kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom with waterfall shower.

Poet's Cottage is set in a rural setting, located adjacent to a working farm, in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, just to the west of Petersfield. With 3 bedrooms and spacious living space, it is perfectly situated for walking and exploring the South Downs and for day trips to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Winchester, Goodwood motor and horse racing events and the beach at Hayling Island or West Wittering. Up to 2 dogs are very welcome.
