Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a two BBQ areas. Adjoining the cottage, there is a fire pit, gas BBQ and cast iron cooking equipment. The indoor BBQ area has a pizza oven, gas BBQ, refrigerator and outdoor setting There is access to a flushing toilet and shower, next to the indoor BBQ area which is 40m away from the cottage. It’s a great base to explore from, with local walks on the property or longer walks in the area.

Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch.
