Queenstown, Te Anau and the stunning Catlin's coast are all within 2 hours drive.

Lots of indoor games, magazines and toys so its a great place to relax whatever the weather. Sheltered back lawn and BBQ. Parking outside the crib for 3 vehicles.

Stunning sea side location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

Cosy cottage in Lumsden

Located only two minutes walk from the main street of Lumsden our cozy cottage offers warm, comfortable accommodation in a great location for exploring Southland. You will love relaxing on the sunny deck in the private backyard and there is a BBQ supplied. Only a short distance from the Oreti river and a short drive to a large number of fishing spots it is a perfect base for a fishing holiday or just a relaxing get away. It is also perfectly situated on the round the mountain cycle trail.

As the name suggests the uninterrupted lake and mountain views from this home have to be seen to be fully appreciated. "Lakeview" is nestled in the village of Kingston, guests get to enjoy all the facilities of this fully equiped home. If you just need to relax with walks along the lakefront or take day trips to enjoy everything the Lakes District has to offer "Lakeview" is ideal for your next holiday.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

All rooms heated in winter $97 for 2 guests and $30 extra's Continental breakfast included

A private apartment with its own entrance attached to the main house. Private parking space and secure storage for bicycles, if needed. The apartment has a relaxing area with wifi, television including Netflix attached to a kitchenette with crockery, utensils, toaster, fridge and a microwave for heating pre-prepared food. There are no cooking facilities. A separate sleeping area contains a comfortable queen sized bed and ensuite. A friendly cat lives in the main house.
