The apartment is near Fells bars & restaurants, Canton, Hopkins, the harbor, Patterson Park & downtown. 2 miles from stadiums. There is a 6 in. incline from sidewalk to entrance. Heat and air provide the perfect accommodations no matter the weather. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit or explore the Bay on one of our two Kayaks. A stone's throw from Trade Point Atlantic, Key Bridge work site. Just 15-20 minutes to downtown Baltimore.

Cozy little separate entrance studio in the basement of my house. Has a queen size memory foam bed, comfy large couch, bean bag, 73 inch screen tv, 2 seater table, mini fridge, coffee maker, and insta pot. Bathroom stocked with soap & shampoo mini bottles. Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday is 10pm to 7am. Friday & Saturday 12am to 7am. I do have a cat that runs around upstairs and I also play music as well as take zoom calls throughout the day. At night the house is QUIET. No smoking. No parties.

Restaurants, the waterfront and shopping districts are all located in each of these developments and provide a wide array of tastes and treats. Therefore, if you are a foodie, like wine/beer, antique shops or like to hear a band or singer every once in a while, you can definitely find something to do and travel via Uber, Lyft or Taxi.
