The river can flood during the months of November, December, January, and February. We may be able to accommodate a request to stay, but weather may require a short notice cancellation. "The Eagles Nest" Cozy Cottage by the Bay-

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Great little getaway spot far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The noise of the nearest highway is over a mile away. Everything you can possibly need is less than a half hour's drive away from this place of peace and quiet.

Misty Meadows Retreat

Rustic mother-in-law cottage connected by a breezeway to the main house. This quaint cottage is a studio with a queen size bed, kitchenette with microwave, hotplate, coffee pot, and mini refrigerator. Cable TV and internet, located on 6 acres just 1 mile from the historic Taft district which boasts several restaurants, shopping, the Jennifer Sears Glass Studio where you can watch and make your own glass floats, and of course the beach! And by the way...we are dog friendly!!!

The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite.
