Por tranvía, bus, carro y hasta bicicleta usted llega rápido al centro hístorico y cultural de la ciudad. Justo en frente de la casa se encuentra el rio "Elbe" por cuales orillas hay bonitos caminos y ciclovias.

Das Gebäude steht auf einem eigenen Grundstück. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.
