Your Home in Anchorage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our spacious house has 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage, and a large yard. You will easily accommodate up to 10 people in this space. We have 3 queen size beds, 2 twin size beds, and a couch that is convertible to a full size bed. Large families and groups will still find a lot of room for separate activities. Your family can even watch 2 different movies in 2 separate living rooms after a long day on the trails.

Nice six bedroom house located next to University Lakes and right on the trail system with Chester creek salmon in the fall, both universities and both hospitals within easy walking distance on the beautiful trail. Two living rooms with TV's. New gas fireplace and wood fireplace downstairs. Very large parking, will accommodate large groups. No parties please New large front load washer and dryer. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

Cupples Cottage #2: Downtown!

Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. Fast forward over 70 years and 3 generations and the property has been reimagined as Cupples Cottages Vacation Rentals, operating since 2017.
