Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.
