Campout on your very own private island in the Kawarthas. Great for swimming, fishing, and enjoying nature. 14 foot aluminum boat provided, no motor...but it's only about 150 ft from our dock on shore to our dock on the island. Boat traffic on the Trent can be a little busier on weekends, so there could be the odd wave which could make it difficult for swimming with or even fun for children. Always wear proper PFD Weekend noise from the trailer park can sometimes go into the night past midnight.

There is also laundry facilities, Hot tub ,sauna and outside patio with propane fire pit and barbecue, all for your private use. We are setup for a couple and our amenities are for our guests only .

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

Heritage barn turned zen-den! Our open-concept, loft style, timber-frame cabin has exposed beams, barn board walls, and plenty of windows to enjoy the lake view. A private lakeside retreat with all-day sun and sunsets, featuring the main cabin, wood sauna, kayaks and rowboat, private shoreline and docks. Unlimited WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, two fire pits, docks, excellent swimming (clean and weed free) on a private forested property. It is 15 minutes to Haliburton with many stores. The Nest is a one room cabin with a screened in porch. There is a queen bed with sheets, queen pillows and comforter. Relax by the river or take out a kayak and paddle upstream to the rapids. After a BBQ dinner, enjoy smores at the large campfire pit. Meander the trails throughout the property and just be. Everything is here for a simple but soul restoring getaway. There is no shower and the toilet is in an outhouse.
