Restored Pump House on Country Estate

The Pump House is situated on a working estate in West Sussex. Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

Comfortable and bright one bed annexe in a quiet semi rural private road nestled in the Surrey Hills with views of Box Hill. Denbies vineyard and the North Downs Way is on its doorstep. Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annexe is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.

Restful one bedroom retreat in the beautiful Surrey Hills ANOB. Renovated to the highest standard. Easy access for walkers and cyclists or those just wanting to get away from it all. With your own off road parking and outside space. Access to extensive network of footpaths, bridle paths and cycling routes on the doorstep. Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The Luxury Cottage at Whitmoor Farm accommodates up to 8 guests with two bedrooms, each with a king bed and bunk beds, plus a lounge with Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the estate’s tennis court, trampoline, and shared outdoor swimming pool (heated May–Sept; open until 15 Oct). Set on 38 acres of woodlands between Guildford and Woking, with fast train access to London. Pets allowed — up to 2 small pets, £25 per pet for the stay.

The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is a conversion / re-build of Lockhurst Hatch Farm's original milking parlour. Newly completed in 2018, it's set just off the farm-yard and has a beautiful wooded aspect to the rear. Meticulous attention to detail to create a contemporary living space that still retains its rustic imprint. Two bedrooms - one double and either one super king size bed OR two single (twin) beds sleeping up to 4 guests.
