The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

Master down stairs, 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, over 2,400sqft, two story home with a fenced in yard makes for a very comfortable stay. Infant and children friendly with 2 cribs, 2 baby monitors, and a changing table. 4 minutes off i-26, 30min from Downtown Charleston, and 23min from Charleston's International Airport. Shopping, grocery stores, boutiques, as well as wonderful dining is very conveniently located.

Adorable Small, Clean Home. No smokers or pets.

🚭 Zero tolerance policy for smoking/vaping on the property, even outside. We appreciate your respect by not booking/requesting/inquiring our place if you or any other guests are smokers. Due to allergies, we don't permit pets of any size or kind. This listing is for the main house only, the detached guest house is a separate rental. 3/26- There is some land clearing going behind the property. Although visible from the back yard, no guests have said it affected their stay.
