The "casita" is located in a quiet back yard with off street parking, a locked, gated entry from parking and a private entry in to the new "casita" This space is for either 1 or 2 people on a Queen bed and also affords a Flexsteel loveseat bed. It is furnished for you complete with modest cooking arrangements, dishes, utensils, mini fridge and everything you need for coffee, tea and breakfast, light lunch or dinner.

The decor is Southwest with touches of antique flare. It is very spacious and central to the university, grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, and the downtown mall. The space is extremely cozy so you can feel right at home. There is a 5-6 person private hot tub behind the garage that is gated and available 24 hrs a day.
