An excellent base for mountain biking in Coed-y-Brenin, biking or walking the easy-going Mawddach trail, exploring Snowdonia and visiting the stunning beaches of the West Wales coast.

There is an outdoor firepit/BBQ with table and bench to sit and eat, where you can take in the beautiful view. It's a perfect location for keen walkers and popular area for cyclist's.

Our gorgeous dog friendly bed cottage (formally the village wash house) has been sympathetically restored (summer 2021) and is ready to welcome guests. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. Based in Betws-y-Coed which means "Sanctuary in the Woods" it is also the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. We welcome dogs and there is a small private side garden.
