A modern 3 bedroom home with lovely ocean views. Only a 50m stroll over the crown land onto beach. Carlton Beach is one of Hobart's most beautiful family friendly beaches with surf breaks at both ends of the beach - Park Beach and Carlton River Mouth. This home offers everything you need, and more, for a relaxing stay and is located perfectly for a range of fun activities and close to many tourist attractions. (Note: attached 2bdr self contained unit can be opened to make 5 bdrs/sleeps 10)

We live in a unit upstairs with our own separate entrance. Welcome to our beach house, a two story home in a private street overlooking the lovely Park/Carlton beach. We live on the top floor in a self contained unit leaving the ground floor 3 bedroom house for your use. Included is a large open plan lounge with large TV and fully equipped kitchen dining area. We look forward to sharing our home with you. The front yard of the home is serviced by security camera.

Stay overnight at Travelodge airport *if you plan to visit Bruny Island & Salamca Market (only Saturday), early morning flight recommended. Go straight there before heading Effa House as it's opposite direction. CCTV only installed outside to monitor externally
