The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin XL bunk bed and a separate twin XL bed. The master bath has a luxurious walk-in curbless shower & double vanity. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Security code entrance changed after each guest. Added security is a ring doorbell with a camera. This Haven is located outside of the city limits, Dollar General is not even a half a mile. Restaurants in Eastman, Cochran , Hawkinsville, Fublin and Warner Robins .

The neighborhood is very peaceful to rest and is a good place to be out of the craziness of the cities. It's 5 minutes from Walmart, downtown, and local restaurants will surprise you from Mexican food to a Cuban sandwich. A great nearby location for hunters, and 7 minutes from aviation school.

Genesis House - Christian Retreat

Hope House & Revelation House are also available on the same property. Bethel Village Christian Retreat sits on 36 acres. Located on the property is this listing; Genesis House, which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a 20x20 screened-in porch. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to feel right at home. There is also a 3 1/2 acre pond, a walking trail, and so much more!

Boo Boo Cabins

<p><span style="font-size: 15px;">Our Boo Boo Cabins come equipped with one full sized bed and a twin bunk bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. They're located near a bathhouse for convenient bathroom access. Boo Boo cabins also feature a mini-fridge and a microwave. Cabins do not include any linens. Please don't forget to bring sheets, blankets, pillows, and bath towels.</span></p>

"The Bee Hive"

Bring your honey and buzz on over to "The Bee Hive"! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and 3 miles away from Little Ocmulgee State Park. Peaches to Beaches runs 2 blocks away! All new appliances, all new ceiling fans, all new windows, all new blinds. Queen bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom. The sofa in the den makes into a double bed.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It has one bedroom, one bath, a washer and dryer, a pull out sofa bed, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Minimum three night stay.
