Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Our 2 bedroom holiday home is located in beautiful northern Herefordshire, near the border with Shropshire. We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

We are only 1.5 hours from Birmingham and Bristol airports and 2 3/4 hours drive from London Heathrow.

Relax with a glass or dinner on the terrace whilst spotting wildlife in the river below, or in winter unwind by the cosy woodburner. Within easy walking distance of the historic centre of Leominster with its celebrated range of antique shops. Good access to public transport, or a public car park is yards away. A great base to explore the wonderful Herefordshire countryside.

Each nook and cranny reveals another handcrafted detail. It sits within beautiful gardens, with an abundance of wildlife for all to enjoy. Enjoy meandering through our ancient woodland.

Fully fitted kitchen. Comfy king size bed. Come and live with the trees and the birds. Close to the Black and White trail, food lovers Ludlow, Antique hunters Leominster and historic Hereford. National Trust houses and gardens within easy reach. It’s a 40 minute drive to the festival town of Hay on Wye.

Serafina Lodge

Modern 1 bedroom accommodation. The apartment has a well appointed kitchen, dining area, lounge, sofa bed as well as separate bedroom with balcony and countryside/mountain views. It is purpose built above a dedicated parking space and is self-contained away from the main barn with wonderful walks on the doorstep. Within easy reach of the picturesque market towns of Leominster and Hereford, the Black Mountains, the Malvern hills and the black and white village trail.

Honeysuckle shepherds hut with hot tub on farm

Our charming honeysuckle shepherds hut sleeps two people and is set in a beautiful orchard in rural Herefordshire. The hut is situated on a working farm so you'll see lots of animals including cows, pigs, chickens and ducks. It has a comfy double bed, kitchen and ensuite with full toilet and shower. It also has a cosy log burner for those colder nights. The hot also boasts a wood fired hot tub, Perfect for a romantic couples getaway in a picturesque location.

The Nest At Walnut Tree Farm

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The upper floor of a one bedroomed annex with its own shower-room. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Own entrance, a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Hosts live in the main house. The accommodation is on the edge of a village so no street lighting. Village shop and local pub in walking distance.

The Coach House is a detached converted barn with a private & secure garden. The cottage has been sympathetically restored, retaining its many original features. The property provides a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms can be made up into a superking room - please request this on booking. There is a family bathroom & downstairs shower room. Open plan kitchen & lounge. Secure private garden with flag-stoned patio.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
