Located in the of heart of SJ, walking distance to the beach, Old San Juan, LMM Park, Condado and Convention Center, and short drives to, Santurce, Miramar and SJU and SIG Airports. Located in Miramar, walking distance to PR Convention Center, T-Mobil District, Restaurants, Hotels , Bars, Supermarkets, Movie Theater, Casino, Marina, Beaches (Condado and Escambron), and Isla Grande Airport. *Please note that there is a Construction next to the building that can be noisy during day time. *Pet allowed with prior consent, $15 extra fee x pet. No cats. *Reservations for two sleeping separately need to add a third guest so sofa bed is prepared. This is to cover our extra costs.

Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.
