Dispone de 2 plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas y posibilidad de cargar un coche eléctrico (con cargo extra). A solo 2 minutos a pie hay tiendas, restaurantes y una parada de autobús, y el Therme Bucarest está a 7 minutos en coche.

Second floor there is an open space with two extensible sofas and a bathroom. The house is at aprox. 500 m distance from Laminorului Metro Station, very safe neighborhood, 2 parking places inside the yard plus another 2 parking places in front of our yard. Cosy and silent backyard with bbq and dinning area.
