Bushalte op 2 minuten loopafstand, treinstationop 15 minuten loopafstand. De kamer beslaat de gehele tweede etage en heeft een eigen badkamer en keuken. De voordeur van het huis is exclusief bestemd voor de airbnb-gasten en wordt dus niet gedeeld met de bewoner.

The Apartment is at a lake and your room have a view to it. So it´s totally quiet in the night. Your room is at the 2nd floor together with the bathroom. At the ground floor is the Garden, living room and the kitchen. Thats rooms we use together. If you need, it´s a private parking space in front of the house. I have towels, beedsheets, iron+board, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Tea, Coffee.You don´t need to bring that. Internet/Wifi in every room. You also have a TV in your Room with Chromecast.

The house is located in a very child friendly neighbourhood, because of this location we only rent out our house to families with children and not to group of friends. In one minute from our house you can take public transport which will take you to Amsterdam city centre in 15 minutes. The house is directly at the water, where you can swim and enjoy nature. 1 free parking place available

Lovely, recently renovated, house in Amsterdam!

IJburg is built on new islelands just outside of the city centre. It's surrounded bij water. There's a huge park, 4 times as big as the Vondelpark. There's a lovely harbour, several restaurants and like I said... the city centre is only 10 minutes away!
