Onze studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen een winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants is om de hoek. Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Je kunt ook een fiets huren voor 15,- euro per dag.

This in 2023 build, luxury design appartment, is located on the ground floor of our mansion in a beautiful, quit street in Amsterdam IJburg. The whole appartment is separate from the house, so our guests will have full privacy. The accommodation has a private entrance with a free private parking under the carport and access to a cozy, green private outdoor terrace (also just acces for the guests). Hi there! I am Airbnb-ing my comfortable apartment in Amsterdam. The apartment is 134m2 with 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen and living area, 2 bathrooms, a home office and laundry room with free parking. Tram 26 to Amsterdam Central Station and bus 360 to Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena are nearby. It is a new neighborhood so there is a lot of construction going on. Fortunately, you will not notice any of that once you are within my apartment. I have a very friendly cat, Tony, who will be there :).

Estamos a 1 minuto andando de la parada del tranvia que te llevara en 17 minutos a la estacion Central de Amsterdam, desde donde podreis visitar todas los lugares de interes. Nuestro apartamento de 100m2 con dos habitaciones tiene un patio y un balcon; acomoda 4 adultos y un niño (podemos ofrecer una cuna); y estareis rodeados de parques, canales, mercados y un puerto con restaurantes.

It's about 10 min walking distance from 3 different metro lines ( Duivendrecht and Venserpolder stations) taking you to the centre.
