We're minutes away from hiking, kayaking, fishing, shopping and wine tasting in other nearby towns.

The Beach Bungalow is the perfect beach getaway for families. It is located in the desirable Olivia Beach neighborhood in Lincoln City. As such, guests can enjoy common space amenities such as Olivia Beach's private beach access, a park with a play structure for children, a sand volleyball court, & a fire pit for roasting s'mores. If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Owner-hosted Greycoast is a clean, cozy and peaceful cottage in the small community of Gleneden Beach (minutes from Salishan Resort). It's a great place to relax, listen to the waves crash and spend time with loved ones! Greycoast makes a nice alternative to a conference hotel stay and is a short drive to all the activities of Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. Gleneden features long, uncrowded beaches, cute restaurants, outdoor activities and a very relaxed vibe. Join our family of renters!

Start your mornings with coffee and fresh sea air on the deck, spend your days walking the quiet Neskowin shoreline, and end the evening soaking in the private hot tub or cozying up by the wood stove. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and intentionally simple — the kind of place that makes you exhale as soon as you arrive.

Come to the beach, not a cliff. This is one of the few places in Lincoln City you are actually on the beach not on a cliff. You are full of options here on fun things to do or just sit and relax. Whether it is watching the whales from the hot tub, enjoying the sunset from the fire pit or joining the endless surfers you will always have a memory to take home with you. The home is 2095 sq. ft; upstairs is a large master bedroom, with a small office area with a desk and HP printer.

Enjoy soaking in the steamy hot tub in the garden. On cool nights you will be comfy with the down comforter and heat from the Franklin stove. Ocean views from living area and bedroom windows and beach access is nearby with some of Oregon's most pristine tide pools right in front of the cottage.

Surrounded by lush private landscaping, this is the perfect place to rest and recharge, spend a long weekend with friends/family, or work remotely for a few days. Your kids and dog will love the short walk to the sandy bay, you'll love the short walk to Pelican Brewing's beautiful new brewpub!

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock closed! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.
