You will find plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance or stay in for a cozy night in the Mile High City.

Hot tub shared with upstairs residents + up to 2 guests in the unit above the garage. Fire pit availability dependent upon weather.

Our recently renovated garden-level or basement studio is the lower portion of our charming Denver bungalow home located on a quiet tree-lined street in the popular and centrally located Whittier neighborhood near beautiful City Park. Once inside the shared backdoor of the house, you’ll go down a few steps to access your private entrance to your own self-contained, non-smoking, clean space featuring a beautiful kitchenette and attached bathroom.

Enjoy your stay in our comfortable one bedroom apartment with charming, private patio. The kitchenette has a microwave (no stove), refrigerator and dishes. Renovated in 2016 and centrally located in one of Denver’s most popular historic neighborhoods. Walking distance from wonderful restaurants, coffee houses, breweries, downtown, Coors Field, LoDo and RINO. Easy access and plenty of free street parking. A-train to airport is just a mile away.

Beautiful Guest Suite Minutes from the Stadium

Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
