Located 9 miles south of the Bay Bridge, off of Route 8 on Kent Point Road ,this location is convenient for weddings at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club or Swan Cove. Welcome to the River House! Stay in our renovated home on the Choptank River of MD's Eastern Shore, with your own low-tide beach and magnificent sunsets. We offer a peaceful location and thoughtful detail, creating a memorable getaway for a relaxing weekend or remote work location. Enjoy a day on the river with our paddle board or 2 kayaks, and end the day around the firepit. In cool weather, cozy up next to the fireplace. Also, visit nearby towns--St. Michaels, Easton, Oxford, and Chestertown.

One master bedroom with private bathroom and one bathroom for the rest of the house. Tv in each room and expansive views of the Chester River. There are tons of outdoor activities to do from fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and biking. This is a gorgeous piece of property on Maryland’s eastern shore. Great crab houses and restaurants minutes away.

Guest Suite with Private Entrance

My wife Justine and I are pleased to host this guest suite with private secure entrance and private bathroom. We do live in the main part of the house full time so you may hear us rattling around from time to time and coming and going or working in the yard but most of our time is spent at the opposite end of the house. The room is completely private and inaccessible from the main house. The screened in porch is shared with the main house. We do not currently have WiFi access in the Airbnb.

1875 renovated, 2-bedroom farmhouse. The cozy bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds for a tranquil night's sleep. 2 full and 1 1/2 bath ensure convenience for all. Our organic farm has horses, chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats. None of which have access to this property but nice watching them all live their best lives on our farm. This ensures the quiet you are looking for. We’re happy to suggest local spots to make your stay more enjoyable.
