Private suite on the first floor guests have exclusive use of the entire place. The second floor is my residence. The suite has a bedroom with queen temperpedic mattress, living room with queen sleep sofa, small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, single burner cooktop and crockpot. Guests have access to the upper deck (shared space) which has a patio set and gas grill.

Classic Cape cottage with new bamboo hardwood flooring, updated kitchen, beautiful new tiled bath and overall decorated like a true Cape Cod cottage. *There is parking for 2 cars only.* Linens can be provided for a fee of $20 per bed. One dog under 50 lbs. $50 wknd/$100 week pet fee. No Cats allowed. Walk to beach, Seaview Park and restaurants/ice cream. Nice patio with firepit and large yard.
