A self-contained river-facing apartment 50m from the centre of Llangollen. There is direct access out onto the promenade and thence to all the pubs, restaurants and cultural delights of the town. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette.
