**¡SIN TARIFAS DE CALEFACCIÓN DE LA PISCINA!** Nuestra casa es una casa costera con una espectacular piscina cerrada en el suelo, situada frente a la playa directamente en la bahía de Delaware con vistas al agua sin obstáculos. El acceso privado a la playa se encuentra a unos pocos pasos de la casa. La piscina climatizada Viking totalmente cerrada con techo retráctil tiene un tobogán acuático y permite el uso de la piscina durante todo el año. Desde la cocina hasta los juguetes de playa, la casa está bien equipada para que tu estancia sea lo más relajante posible.

Réplica de faro única recientemente actualizada en el extremo norte de la bahía de Chesapeake. Con 4 dormitorios y 2 rincones para dormir, la casa puede alojar hasta 14 personas en 6 camas (3 tamaño king, 1 queen, 2 dobles) y un sofá cama queen. 4 baños, 2 en suite. Dos salas de estar, cocina totalmente equipada, comedor de estilo familiar. Cubiertas envolventes en varios pisos. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!
