Easy access from I-84, 15 minutes to Snowbasin, 30 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, and 35 to the SLC airport.

We do live upstairs and we do have an active family but we do our best to never interfere with your goings on. Yes, there might be some piano practice and some running around of normal life above you, but we do work hard to live by all the quiet hours and rules we ask our guests to live by. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.
