A kitchenette with retro fridge, microwave & basic utensils should suffice in heating up your yummy Nashville leftovers or take out!

We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Our 1-bedroom basement apartment features full-bath, kitchen, and a large living area. Just 10 minutes from downtown, it's set on a quiet street surrounded by nature. There is private entry, parking, and lots of personal touches. Families of students at Lipscomb, Belmont, and Vanderbilt love our proximity to the campuses. Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance.
