This brand new well equipped Shepherds hut is nestled just outside the village of Cressbrook and boasts stunning views and sunsets over the Wye Valley. The location offers a perfect base for exploring the Peak District with a wide choice of walks or cycle routes from the door. Access to the Monsal Trail is just a 10 minutes walk away, and the villages of Litton and Tideswell are also easily accessible by foot.

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and ready supply of wood, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated, shower room is close by along a short path adjacent to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs.

We are surrounded by rolling green pastures and charming woodland which brings an array of wildlife to your doorstep. Outside seating for alfresco dining, a fire pit for those cooler evenings (great for cooking those marshmallows). The hut is fully equipped with all you’ll need.

Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.
