Located in a small quaint village of timber frame houses surrounded by beautiful gardens and fields. Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Situated in the heart of Teme Valley the Annexe serves as the perfect country retreat. Popular with walkers and day trippers alike. There is plenty to do for the children with peacocks, ducks and chickens plus the outside play area with 70 metre zip wire. The building itself is a beautiful Grade 2 listed Queen Anne farmhouse with courtyard, simply decorated, complete with exposed beams and unique features. Comfortable sleeping and cooking arrangements. Woodburner and large selection of books.

Meadow View in Lower Penn which sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has it's own bathroom, shower and loo. Upstairs our annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow with sink and food preparation area. Air conditioning when required and private parking for 2 vehicles. We have many other local food outlets who can deliver.
