Herring Cove has much to offer with its hiking, sight seeing, simply sitting at the dock, or visiting our popular Pavia Cafe. It is a 15 minute drive to Downtown. You'll feel like you're in the country in this quiet corner of our garden, just a pitter patter from the lake.

My mom used to say that the ocean air gives life to your lungs. We built this accessible backyard suite on our property for her, but now it's entirely yours. Experience gorgeous sunrises, access a secluded pebble beach, kayak and surf the ocean, bike the Cow Bay loop and the Salt Marsh trail, and enjoy Rainbow Haven beach all while being only minutes from Halifax. Cow Bay has been a haven for Nova Scotians since 1773. We hope you come to enjoy our home as much as we do.

Tiny home/art studio is anything but ordinary with abundant light & original art. The exposed wood is restored from the original ‘40s building. There is an economic European style bathroom. A steep ladder takes you to the cozy loft with a comfortable queen sized bed & nooks to sit & read/meditate. Min walk to Chocolate Lake. Close to Long Lake, ocean front parks & hikes. Bus stop & 24 hr store across the street. 10 min drive downtown. Relax in an Arial Yoga hammock.
