A beautiful Victorian basement apartment in a perfect location for exploring Dartmoor National Park and the surrounding area by foot, bicycle or car. Fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, and generously sized bedroom. Ash View has underfloor heating to keep you cosy. Sole entry to the apartment is via a set of outdoor stairs. Secure bicycle storage is inside the apartment and a boot room for drying clothing and gear. Art workshops are also available and taught by the host!

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

This self-contained garden property offers high quality for a very low price. We offer a high-standard fully equipped, private annex, with a garden and brook. A simple breakfast is also provided! Free parking included TVs: 55inch lounge + 28inch bedroom. It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.

Our mobile home is set on our smallholding which sits in the Tamar Valley it is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are lovely walks and amazing views. There is also a lovely village pub The White hart which also serves good food. We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks

The Barn

Self-contained accommodation recently decorated in converted barn in quiet cul-de-sac. Light living space with fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, small oven and microwave. Bathroom with shower & heated towel rail. Living area with double sofa bed and dining table. Separate bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed + single bed that some guests prefer to use rather than the sofa bed. Please let us know your preference on booking.

Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
