We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Our unique home is conveniently situated close to routes 95 and 128. It is a great base camp for day-tripping to Boston or various points on the north shore (Salem, Beverly, Gloucester, etc.). There are numerous restaurants and stores of all types located nearby. Our house has historical significance and has been thoughtfully maintained. We are at the end of a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood. A five minute walk to downtown and ten restaurants with diverse menus and varied prices. We are four miles to historic Salem. Fourteen miles to Logan airport and downtown Boston. Twenty five miles to the New Hampshire border and thirty eight miles to the Maine border.
