Please ask us directly It is very easy to reach our house, 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 from the bus and car parking in Piazzale Roma. It is 3 minute walk from Riva di Biasio and 5 from S. Tomà waterbus stops.

We are located in Marghera, the most convenient location to reach Venice (and not only!) from the mainland: the bus stop is 3' walk, the train station 10'. The journey takes about 13'. There is an enormous, private terrace that receives sun all day long. The house sleeps up to 5 people. The area is just off the beaten tourist track and is populated by Venetian locals . We are surrounded, however, by historical churches which contain some of the finest works of art in Venice.
