Our villa offers accommodation for up to 8 people with its unique mountain view, large garden, original architecture and central location. In our villa, which is 50m to river, 5 minutes away from the centre of Dalyan, you will meet palm trees and mountain views in the 500 m2 garden and pool that is entirely yours. Our villa has 30 m2 pool and sunbathing areas in our garden. With our unique architecture, we can provide both personal and common areas where you can spend time with pleasure.

Cozy Villa with Great Outdoor Garden Near the Town

This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

Villa Akasya is located within a 10-15 minute walk to the centre and only a couple of minutes to the Saturday organic market. This is a 3 bedroom detached villa with a good size pool set in mature private gardens. Living space with an open plan kitchen - fully equipped. Dining area with a table and 6 chairs. The lounge area with sofas and television. Bedrooms: One bedroom downstairs with a bathroom with shower next door. The other two bedrooms are upstairs with a shared bathroom.
