Escondida y protegida por muros de piedra viva, en la Masseria delle rose sus huéspedes y viajeros podrán descansar en los soleados días estivales, leer un libro debajo de los granados, tomar el sol sobre el antiguo aljibe o, más simplemente, perderse imaginando las mujeres que han vivido y amado la Masseria dedicadas de lleno a las labores de encajes de bolillos. O, a los hombres que, fumando un puro, se dedicaban a preparar los caballos para la siega del grano.
