"Glyn Mawr Holiday Cottage" is a beautiful, newly renovated cottage with stunning views over Bala lake and mountains. It's set back in it's own valley and has incredible 360 degree views of nature. It's just 10 mins drive from Bala town and walking distance to the lake. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the enclosed garden there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Afonfa - Riverside Cottage - Sleeps 6

Located on the edge of the village of Llanuwchllyn, at the end of a private drive, Afonfa is the perfect cottage for families and groups. The semi-detached cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep a total of six people. The ground floor of this fully refurbished cottage has a large kitchen diner, with comfortable lounge area with two sofas and flat screen TV. The separate utility room has a washing machine, dryer and toilet. The first floor family bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

Yr Efail is a converted blacksmiths workshop.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

A stunning, modern cozy semi-detached cottage, converted from a Grade II listed Old Workhouse with a shared courtyard in the centre of Bala. This delightful Bala cottage boasts comfortable furnishings, a vaulted ceiling and hardwood floors, providing contemporary accommodation that's perfect for individuals or a couple. With a welcoming and comfortable sitting room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, a ground floor shower room and a galleried king-size double bedroom.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Cosy Welsh cottage adjacent to Bala Lake (Llyn Tegid) with views over the mountains and beyond. Ideally placed for walking and relaxing and enjoying the lake facilities nearby. The stunning Llangower lake shore is less than 5mins walk where you will find toilet facilites, parking (although not needed as you are close enough to walk) picnic area and a lovely atmosphere all year round. Visitors are able to launch paddleboards etc on the lake and many swim.

Brackendale Townhouse Spa

Nestled in the heart of Bala Town, our retreat is a haven of indulgence. Luxuriate in our 8-person touch screen hot tub and unwind in the 4-person sauna. For entertainment, a ping pong and pool table await, along with arcade classics. Our spacious house accommodates 11 guests, and a travel cot is provided. Just a 10-minute stroll to Bala Lake, and all amenities are within a 2-minute walk. This central location ensures both relaxation and convenience.

Derfel Pod

With stunning views of Llyn Celyn, this glamping pod comes with everything you need for a relaxing or adventurous break. Located in Eryri National Park there are endless trails that can be explored or if it’s a relaxing break you need, drink in the views from the hot tub in this peaceful area of North Wales. It was built for end of 2023. There are 2 pods on site which are almost identical so if this one isn’t available on your date, check Celyn Pod.
