Enjoy the yummiest food close by at various cafes, smokehouses, and diners.

Clean Luxury Apartment in Warm Springs

This light, airy 900 sq ft. attached apartment was completed in 2018. Minutes from downtown Ketchum & the Warm Springs base, this modern one bedroom rental is a short walk to the bus stop. The apartment is two levels with a queen bed and private bathroom upstairs, and a pull out couch downstairs. The ground level includes a living area and kitchen as well as a 1/2 bath. Ideal location and for a winter or summer stay in the Ketchum/SV area. Minutes from biking & hiking, and the ski resort.

Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

High Valley Cottage

Majestic mountain views on every side at this quiet cottage. Drive down a long winding lane, to arrive at this peaceful setting in Lost River Valley, home to Idaho’s tallest peaks. It is situated close to Mackay, (approximately 6 miles) and hosts many ATV and hiking trails. Mt Borah trailhead, Idaho’s tallest mountain, is 20 miles up the valley. The reservoir, and rivers are ideal fishing spots. We now have high speed Internet, so this is an excellent place to work remotely.

The Uptown House is the perfect home base and Challis is a great starting point to explore the many sites of the Salmon Challis NF, fish the Salmon River, or simply enjoy laid back mountain living. Located at the upper end of Main Street in old town Challis, this 1930’s store front has been converted to a spacious getaway that is close to local restaurants and bars and within minutes of groceries, gas and shopping making it easy to plan your visit.
