House is a comfortable 2/2 on a half acre with 270ft of Suwanee river frontage. Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. On property there is a 9ft deep swimming pool, pub (with pool tables/games, jukebox that offers beer/wine and food.) a laundromat and a bathhouse. We do offer plenty of parking for vehicles, boats and trailers if needed. Locally there are multiple springs, scalloping, fishing, hunting, bike trails, antique stores, shopping and much more!

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
