Enjoy a morning coffee watching the woodpecker on the feeder, deer enjoying apples or pheasants coming to check out the left overs, if its wildlife you like you don’t even need to leave the house. 20 min drive away is a jetty for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming. The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Coffee, tea & milk for your first few cuppas. Two free carparks are within one minute walk. We can possibly cater for motorcycles and cycles in our gated courtyard behind.

Overhead is a large sky light to view the starry sky. Even though off grid, You can still find an outdoor hot shower, composting toilet and small outdoor kitchen area, that consists of a gas hob, cool box, kettle and everything you need to enjoy outdoor dining!
