Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away. Uber and Lyft run constantly in this area due to the close proximity of the airport. You won’t wait for more than a few minutes. Parking on premises for one standard size vehicle, otherwise street parking is available. DoorDash and Postmate apps can be downloaded on your phone for food delivery and grocery delivery options from all over surrounding areas Driveway is very narrow and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. There are video cameras on the exterior of the building for added security The apartment is less than two miles from Fabulous Forum, the new Rams stadium, and beaches. From the edge of the lush landscape, it has beautiful views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, Griffith Park, and the Silverlake Reservoir, and is facing West for lovely sunsets. Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

UPDATE July 2022. We replaced the previous mattress with a new hybrid-style mattress with a memory foam top. Some of our guests found the previous mattress too soft...this one is a medium-firm mattress that offers great support. We hope you love it (just be aware that it is on the firmer side)!
