Welcome to our cozy, art-filled studio in Duncan, Cowichan Valley. Whether you're here to relax or explore, it's the perfect home base. The suite is beside our home, with full privacy. Enjoy a deck, hammock, and year-round private hot tub. Inside, full-equipped kitchen with granite counters, a propane range, and a bar fridge. It sleeps four with a queen Murphy bed and a queen loft bed, both with organic sheets. Stay comfortable with radiant floor heating, a rustic fireplace, and AC for summer.

All the comforts of a modern cabin in our newly built "Jordan River Cabin" nestled amongst 3 acres of tall evergreens with floor to ceiling window views. Fire up the BBQ on the wrap around deck. Wood stove comes supplied with kindling & firewood. Open concept, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Fresh towels & linens for 2 king size bedrooms & 2 rain shower bathrooms, a huge soaker bathtub upstairs, a hot outdoor rain shower + wood fired cedar hot tub & a newly added meditation deck!

Inside the dome is your kitchenette, electric fireplace, cozy sitting area, wifi and an expansive DVD collection. Adjacent to the dome you will find your own 3-piece bathroom & an outdoor, covered kitchen. Enjoy a propane fire pit and your own private 2-person hot tub to bask in the ambiance of the evening. Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

Cowichan Bay View Getaway

Take a break to unwind in beautiful Cowichan Bay on Vancouver Island - about a 40 minute drive from Victoria BC. Our renovated (in June 2023) suite is at the end of a no-through road and is only a 5-10 minute walk into the village to a fabulous, organic craft bakery, artisan shops, restaurants, a museum, a pub, a small grocery/liquor store and a popular ice cream/candy store. (Seasonal) kayak/paddle-board rentals & whale watching excursions for hire. Cowichan District Hospital 15 min drive.

Step Inn Stones is a delightful, private entry suite located in the quaint Historical Village of Cowichan Bay, BC. Located on a no-through road above the village with a beautiful ocean view for a tranquil getaway, we are a five-minute walk to fine dining, shops, pubs, marinas and more. Our newly renovated suite has a small kitchenette, bar counter with a view, new comfy queen sized bed, seating for relaxing, reading and TV watching and a bathroom with heated floors and a rain head shower.

We are a 5 minute drive from West Shawnigan Lake Park (lake access) and an 8 minute drive from Masons Beach / Shawnigan village, and a 50 minute drive from Victoria.
