Our peaceful country escape is ready! Modern 1 bedroom cottage perfectly positioned to enjoy the view over the farm. Huge deck space, both covered and open, with bbq, propane firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Nature abounds at the new, professionally built tiny home on quiet dead end street on a 1/2 acre lot. Stay away from the hustle and bustle of town, but still be close to all the activities & amenities the beautiful Comox Valley has to offer. 10 minutes to North Island Hospital, the base of Mt. Washington, downtown Courtenay, Forbidden Plateau & Nymph Falls 20 minutes to Cumberland, Seal Bay, Lazo Beach, Kitty Coleman Beach & Goose

The whole group will enjoy easy access to beaches, trails, and downtown from this centrally located place. It is easy to bike or walk around Comox. The Comox Valley is a hub to mountain biking trails, notably Cumberland, Strathcona Park hiking trails, and Mount Washington skiing. Comox is on a peninsula surrounded by beautiful beaches. We also allow pets for a $45/trip but are willing to negotiate for shorter trips.
